Role Overview

Medinex Workforce is hiring Healthcare Data Analyst Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and reviewing healthcare-related data from assigned sources.
• Clean, validate, and structure data for reporting and analysis.
• Support preparation of healthcare reports, summaries, trackers, and dashboards.
• Review medical records or healthcare documentation for basic data accuracy when required.
• Help identify missing information, duplicate entries, inconsistencies, or data quality issues.
• Work with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or reporting tools as required for assigned tasks.
• Assist in analyzing trends related to healthcare operations, records, claims, or services.
• Prepare clear summaries and observations for internal reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling healthcare-related information.
• Coordinate with team members to understand reporting requirements and process needs.
• Maintain simple documentation for datasets, reports, and completed tasks.
• Complete assigned healthcare data analysis tasks within agreed timelines.

Requirements
