Role Overview

Medinex Workforce is hiring Machine Learning Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to machine learning concepts, data preprocessing, model training, algorithm implementation, evaluation metrics, and applied AI/ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing datasets for machine learning tasks.
• Clean, structure, and preprocess data for model development.
• Support the implementation of basic machine learning algorithms under guidance.
• Assist in training, testing, and evaluating simple ML models.
• Work with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Help compare model performance using basic evaluation metrics.
• Document experiments, observations, results, and improvement suggestions.
• Support feature selection, data splitting, and basic model tuning activities.
• Coordinate with team members to understand problem statements and project goals.
• Prepare simple reports or visual summaries of model outputs when required.
• Learn and follow standard machine learning workflow practices.
• Complete assigned machine learning tasks within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Candidates with basic knowledge of Python and machine learning concepts.
• Students, fresh graduates, or entry-level candidates interested in AI and ML.
