Python Developer Intern (Python, Django, REST API)

Role Overview

Medinex Workforce is seeking a Python Developer Intern to support software development projects involving backend programming, application logic, and API integration. This is a full-time, remote internship lasting 1–3 months with a stipend of ₹15,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based application components
• Assist with backend functionality and feature implementation
• Build and test REST APIs under technical guidance
• Work with databases to retrieve and manage application data
• Troubleshoot coding issues and assist with debugging
• Write readable, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Participate in testing and code review activities
• Maintain documentation for assigned development tasks

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Python fundamentals and object-oriented programming
• Basic understanding of databases and web application concepts
• Familiarity with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is an advantage
• Academic or personal programming projects are welcome
