Role Overview

Medinex Workforce is hiring SQL Developer Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to database queries, data extraction, data validation, reporting support, database concepts, and backend data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and testing basic SQL queries for assigned tasks.
• Support data extraction, filtering, sorting, and validation from databases.
• Work with SELECT statements, joins, conditions, grouping, and basic functions.
• Help prepare data reports and summaries based on team requirements.
• Assist in checking data accuracy, duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
• Support database-related documentation and query notes.
• Coordinate with developers or analysts to understand data requirements.
• Help troubleshoot basic query errors and data-related issues.
• Maintain organized records of reports, query outputs, and assigned work.
• Use MS Excel or Google Sheets for reviewing and presenting extracted data.
• Follow basic data security, accuracy, and confidentiality practices.
• Complete assigned SQL and database tasks within agreed timelines.
