UI/UX Design Intern (Figma, Wireframing, User Research)

Role Overview

Medinex Workforce is looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to support the design of clear, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences. This internship provides practical exposure to product design, user research, prototyping, and collaboration with development teams in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Assist in developing user flows for web and digital products
• Conduct basic research to understand user needs and behaviors
• Organize design components and maintain consistent interface patterns
• Apply feedback to improve usability and visual clarity
• Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams
• Review implemented interfaces against approved designs
• Participate in design discussions and project reviews

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, UI/UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field
• Basic understanding of user interface and user experience principles
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Understanding of responsive design is an advantage
• Portfolio, academic work, or personal design projects are welcome
