Fullstack development Intern

Role Overview

MedSocio is an AI-powered networking, learning, and development platform designed exclusively for doctors and medical students. The Fullstack Development Intern will support the engineering team in building and maintaining web applications, working across both front-end and back-end components in a fast-paced startup environment based in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features and fix bugs
• Write clean, testable code
• Integrate APIs and databases
• Collaborate with product and design teams to refine user experiences
• Participate in code reviews
• Contribute to improving platform performance, reliability, and security

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of front-end technologies
• Basic experience with back-end development and RESTful APIs
• Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases
• Comfort with Git and collaborative workflows
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
