MetLife is seeking a DevOps Engineer II to join our team in Hyderabad. As part of our New Frontier strategy, we are building an AI-enabled, people-centered future. Responsibilities
- Support and evolve infrastructure to enhance customer service and community support.
- Implement and maintain automated workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-enabled solutions into existing frameworks.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of financial services platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Hyderabad.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
- Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments is a plus.
