Role Overview
The Future of Scalable Software Engineering (FoSSE) team in CoreAI, Microsoft, invites applications for research internships. FoSSE is an applied research team focused on solving real-world software engineering problems for large codebases, including code migration, code translation, and static analysis, using AI and formal methods. This internship provides an opportunity to work on practical research problems while collaborating closely with Microsoft researchers. Internships last three to six months.
Responsibilities
- Work at the intersection of programming language design, formal methods, static analysis, and AI.
- Collaborate with full-time researchers, engineers, postdocs, and research fellows.
- Engage in practical research solving real-world software engineering problems.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline.
