Associate Application Developer - RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

Role Overview

As an Associate Application Developer - RPA, you will join the Business Process Automation team to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop functionality and enhancements for Robotic Process Automation. This role involves creating automations using UiPath, PowerApps, SharePoint, and other low-code platforms, while supporting the global divisions of the business using Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers by developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath RPA.
• Work with technical and business analysts to ensure specifications support stable and efficient workflows.
• Develop and document automated workflow designs and maintain them in a central repository.
• Maintain quality of platform code and data through code commenting and version control.
• Participate in functional testing and assist in process re-engineering and change management.
• Provide support for RPA solutions as a Subject Matter Expert in liaison with other technology groups.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
• Proven development experience using UiPath RPA tool is required.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, and design skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional problems using intuitive techniques.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/SCRUM.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI workloads and CoPilot Agents.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
