Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

MIRA Labs AI, Inc. builds AI-powered automation solutions for the North American mortgage industry. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products end-to-end—from intuitive frontend experiences to scalable backend services. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work on customer-facing features and collaborate closely with AI, Product, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end product features across a React/TypeScript frontend and Python backend.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, migrations, and queries.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain features in production using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to integrate LLM-powered capabilities into customer-facing products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• Backend development experience using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) or Node.js.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work the night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) onsite in Pune.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered product features.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Previous startup experience or a portfolio of side projects.
