Applied AI Systems Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a practical AI Workflow & Automation Developer to build secure, scalable internal AI systems for our LegalTech operations. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on workflow automation, AI integrations, backend development, document processing, and internal business applications. This is not a research or prompt-engineering role; we need someone who can build production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered workflow automation solutions.
• Build and maintain internal CRM, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and third-party APIs.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Node.js.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB databases.
• Build document processing workflows (OCR, AI extraction, validation).
• Develop REST APIs and integrate external services.
• Create automation workflows using tools like n8n.
• Collaborate on scalable architecture and deployment.
• Maintain code quality using Git and proper documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with React.js / Next.js.
• Strong backend development using Node.js/Express or Python frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AI Agents, or LLM integrations.
• Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• REST API development and third-party API integrations.
• Git/GitHub version control.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
