Implementation Analyst - Intern

Role Overview

MoEngage is an intelligent customer engagement platform that enables hyper-personalization at scale across multiple channels. As an Implementation Analyst - Intern, you will help Fortune 500 brands and enterprises orchestrate cross-channel campaigns and engage efficiently with their customers using our AI-powered automation and optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end technical integration of MoEngage for new clients.
• Technical Guidance: Help client developers integrate SDKs and troubleshoot integration issues during the "go-live" phase.
• Solutioning skills: Work with the marketing teams of clients to understand their business use cases and map them to MoEngage features.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and how they function.
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to mobile app ecosystems (Android/iOS SDKs) is a major plus.
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to AI-assisted development (e.g., using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT) to write, debug, and optimise full-stack code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
