Java Software Developer

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Design and develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot MVC. • Work with MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval. • Implement and optimize caching solutions using Redis. • Integrate and manage search functionality using Elasticsearch. • Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Firestore, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage. • Assist in deploying and maintaining applications on AWS and GCP. • Analyze application logs, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices. • Collaborate with senior developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Preferred candidate profile Required Skills • Good knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC. • Basic understanding of Elasticsearch. • Knowledge of Redis Cache. • Basic knowledge of Python. • Good understanding of MySQL database concepts and SQL queries. • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): • Firestore • Pub/Sub • Cloud Storage • Basic knowledge of AWS services. • Ability to read, analyze, and debug application logs. • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON. • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
