AI Solutions Architect & Backend Engineer

Role Overview

Moral Coding is the vetted builder network behind VerbaFlow and Veldon Lab. We are building a community where engineering talent gets hired based on execution, not inflated resumes. We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect & Backend Engineer to take over the production infrastructure for our multi agent platforms and internal tooling, owning production systems from day one.

Responsibilities

• Design multi agent topologies including orchestrators, specialized councils, and worker agents.
• Build high volume asynchronous Python event routers and chat platform integrations.
• Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect LLMs to databases and APIs.
• Manage Node.js and TypeScript architecture, including Next.js server side architecture and webhook processing.
• Structure Prisma ORM schemas and manage Supabase (PostgreSQL) migrations.
• Debug and extend massive n8n workflows and visual state management.
• Manage HashiCorp Vault credential storage and ensure strict network isolation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of production AI experience in orchestration and NLP routing.
• Deep knowledge of Docker for containerization and network security.
• Experience building Human in the Loop (HITL) asynchronous approval flows.
• Ability to chain various LLMs (Anthropic, DeepSeek, Gemini, OpenAI) and research APIs.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of core computer science experience with FastAPI, aiohttp, and Node.js.
• Proven track record of shipping real projects (Proof of Work).
• High level of autonomy to navigate active codebases and deploy fixes independently.
