We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Developer to join our Technology team. If you have hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Python, and enjoy building intelligent, scalable AI solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks.
• Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation tools.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering techniques.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate AI models into web and enterprise applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for preprocessing, training, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI models for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

• 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
