Web QA Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated QA Analyst with a strong focus on automation to drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile process. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing automation test strategies, maintaining frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation test strategies and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Execute manual and automation testing, analyzing results for discrepancies and documenting test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Create In-Sprint automation with proper coverage for sprint releases.
• Prepare and review software bug reports and highlight problem areas.
• Translate Non-functional Requirements into Performance test cases and execute performance testing plans.
• Coordinate with Dev and PO teams to assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of defects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a strong focus on automation.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Bug Life Cycle Management, and software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with automation frameworks like TestNG and BDD.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience setting up CI/CD Pipelines for automation execution.
• Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman or Testfully.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Eclipse, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience in database testing and working within a SAFe Agile environment.
• B.Tech or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Web Development.
