Cyber Security Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cyber Security Intern at MOVENETICS DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED for a duration of 3 Months. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, threats, and anomalies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing detailed reports and remediation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to secure infrastructure and applications.
• Stay current with the latest cyber threats, trends, and technologies.
• Manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct employee training and awareness programs on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

This role requires an understanding of core cybersecurity principles and familiarity with security tools and compliance standards.
