AI Automation & n8n Developer – ERP & Business Automation

Role Overview

MP Public School is looking for a skilled AI Automation & n8n Developer to design, develop and maintain AI-powered automation systems for school administration, finance, procurement and vendor management. The selected candidate will work closely with the management team to convert manual processes into reliable, secure and scalable AI-agentic workflows. The primary automation platform will be n8n.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex n8n workflows and build AI-powered agentic workflows
• Integrate OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar LLM APIs
• Develop invoice/document extraction and verification workflows including PO–GRN–Invoice three-way matching
• Integrate Tally and other accounting/ERP systems through REST APIs
• Integrate WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace, and other business applications
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL/Supabase databases
• Work with JSON, Webhooks, and OAuth
• Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data security

Requirements

• 3–5 years of total relevant experience preferred
• B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong understanding of AI agents and automation architecture
• Proven experience in workflow automation and API integration
• Ability to provide examples of n8n workflows and AI automation projects
