**Job Description – Software Engineer (Level 3\)** **Experience:** 7–12 years **Role Overview** Software Engineer Level 3 is a mid\-level engineering role responsible for delivering high\-quality modules with minimal supervision. The role requires strong technical capability, the ability to design small components, mentor juniors, and effectively use AI\-assisted tools to accelerate development. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, enhance, and optimize application components using **.NET Core,** **React, Next.js, Razor, Blazor, SQL, .NET, C\#****.** * Contribute to **low\-level design**, API design, and module planning. * Write high\-quality, maintainable, and testable code following established coding standards. * Perform code reviews and provide technical feedback to Level 1 developers. * Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to performance and security improvements. * Work actively in Agile workflows—user story refinement, estimation, sprint planning. * Contribute to CI/C
