Role Overview

This role is part of our IT Talent Pipeline to the Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) program, offering a pathway to a full-time opportunity upon graduation. Responsibilities

• Apply education to impactful, real-world projects within the IT division.
• Explore and define career goals through structured activities and mentorship.
• Engage in immersive rotations across various business areas including Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Software Development, Data/Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and User Experience.
• Collaborate internationally to deliver services and solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with a graduation date of June/July 2027.
• Preferred majors: Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Science, or Pharma.
• Ability to intern from Jan to June 2027 and transition to full-time ETR employment from July 2027.
• Must be an Indian citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in India.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex business environments and new concepts quickly.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
