Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Backend Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage backend operations and support field processes. This role involves handling Maker/Checker activities and ensuring high process accuracy within our systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Maker/Checker activities to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize CRM systems like ODOO for daily operations.
- Support field operations through backend process management.
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail and process accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Backend Operations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Ability to work in-person at the Navi Mumbai location.
