Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Node.js, microservices architecture, relational databases, event-driven systems, Docker, CI/CD, and Git, while collaborating effectively with frontend and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade backend applications using Python (FastAPI, Django) and Node.js (Express.js, NestJS).
• Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures for distributed applications.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
• Design, maintain, and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement asynchronous messaging using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS.
• Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployment.
• Containerize applications using Docker Desktop to ensure consistent local development environments.
• Collaborate with frontend teams working on React.js or Angular for seamless API integration.
• Manage source code, branching strategies, and code reviews using Git.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and follow software engineering best practices.
