Software Engineer

Role Overview

You will be part of a digital revolution, engineering and maintaining innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions. This role involves working within a feature team to engineer software, scripts, and tools while collaborating with architects and business analysts across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Produce complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality to add business value.
• Work in permanent teams responsible for the full software life cycle, from initial development to decommissioning.
• Collaborate to optimize software engineering capabilities.
• Design, produce, test, and implement working software solutions.
• Work across the entire lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering, software design, and architecture.
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
• Experience in multiple programming languages or low code toolsets.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to solve highly complex, analytical, and numerical problems.
• Experience implementing programming best practices regarding scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.
