Role Overview

Join NatWest Digital X as an Associate Software Engineer in Bangalore. You will be part of a feature team focused on engineering, protecting, and operating effortless and secure digital experiences. This role involves the full software development life cycle, from initial design and coding to testing, deployment, and operations, ensuring high-performance and robust solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Produce complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality to add business value.
• Work within permanent teams responsible for the full life cycle, including enhancement, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts to optimize software engineering capabilities.
• Design, produce, test, and implement working software solutions.
• Engage in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering, software design, and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and upgrade/patching activities.
• Understanding of IAM domains such as Ping Identity, Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Data Governance, or Daon IdentityX.
• Experience in Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, and Ansible.
• Understanding of SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and Java REST Web Service.
