Join NatWest Digital X in Bangalore to help engineer effortless and secure digital experiences. As an Associate level Software Engineer, you will work within a feature team to build, maintain, and optimize innovative, customer-centric, and high-performance solutions across the full software development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain complex, secure, and robust software, scripts, and tools.
- Produce high-quality, critical software rapidly to add business value.
- Take full lifecycle responsibility from initial development and requirements analysis to testing, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other engineers to optimize engineering capabilities.
- Design, produce, test, and implement working code within permanent teams.
Requirements
- Background in software engineering, software design, and architecture.
- Experience working with development, testing, bug tracking, and wiki tools.
- Proven ability to work across the entire software development life cycle.
- Understanding of how technical expertise supports customer needs.
