Backend Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Backend Operations Executive to manage client coordination, document tracking, and administrative support. This role involves high levels of follow-up, document management, and interpreting policy circulars to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Call clients for updates, coordination, and follow-ups
• Chase and collect required documents and track pending items to closure
• Read rule books and policy circulars to extract specific information for cases
• Act as a document runner to pick up, submit, and deliver physical documents

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
• 0–2 years of experience
• Clear phone communication in English and Hindi or Kannada
• Strong follow-up discipline and record-keeping skills
• Comfort reading and interpreting dense legal or financial documents
• Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-driven

Skills

• MS Excel

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in NBFC, lending, DRA, collections, or loan operations
• Familiarity with debt recovery processes
