QA Engineer-CAD Testing

Role Overview

nCircle Tech Private Limited empowers innovators to create impactful 3D visualization software for desktop, mobile, and cloud. As a QA Engineer-CAD Testing, you will drive automation and quality assurance in the CAD and BIM customization domain, supporting clients in the AEC and Manufacturing industries through advanced technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer-oriented test specifications, test cases, and validate test data.
• Setup test environments including CAD and Teamcenter installation and configuration.
• Perform manual functional, performance, usability, and system integration regression testing.
• Contribute to automated functional and performance testing processes.
• Author project acceptance testcases and perform pre/post-integration testing.
• Perform PR analysis, validation, and assist development teams in reproducing issues.
• Validate product installers, licenses, monthly updates, patches, and hot fixes.
• Execute automated tests, perform failure analysis, and manage test suites.
• Prepare release assessment reports and participate in benchmark activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in QA and testing of CAD/PDM/PLM products.
• Expert level knowledge of leading systems such as NX, Solid Edge, Creo, CATIA V5, Solidworks, or Teamcenter.
• Prior QA experience with NX and Teamcenter is a plus.
• Knowledge of both manual and automated CAD software quality assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical skills.
