Azure AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure AI Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize AI-driven solutions across our Azure cloud platform. The role will focus on embedding AI into platform engineering, automation pipelines, and observability to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and intelligent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio).
• Develop intelligent agents, copilots, and automation workflows to enhance platform operations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and CAPE frameworks.
• Automate operational tasks including incident analysis, RCA, monitoring insights, and ticketing.
• Build scalable AI solutions using Azure Data Services (ADLS, Synapse, Databricks).
• Manage data pipelines for training, inference, and real-time analytics.
• Leverage Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics to create AI-driven insights.
• Enable predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and alert intelligence.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of overall experience in AI/ML, SRE, or Observability engineering.
• Proven experience in production-grade AI/ML deployments.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with AI Agents, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Hands on AI cost optimization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based solutions.
• Exposure to AIOps, automated remediation, and incident prediction.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Familiarity with DevOps automation, GitOps/IaC, and Responsible AI & governance practices.
• Experience with Azure Managed Grafana.
