Software Engineer

Role Overview

NCR Atleos is a leader in expanding financial access, optimizing branch operations and maximizing self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers globally. We are seeking a skilled engineer to produce high-quality software solutions and integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities into our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality Software Solutions using JavaScript, .NET, and C#.
• Integrate AI/Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into software using APIs, LLMs, or SDKs.
• Operate within an Agile development environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Identify and implement process improvements in Engineering practices.
• Provide technical content for documentation, user help materials, and customer training.
• Assist in estimating task effort and managing dependencies within Sprints.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems involving complex systems.

Requirements

• Experience with software design, development, deployment, and object-oriented programming.
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, ML services, or SDKs).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI limitations, and responsible AI use.
• Good understanding of Windows Operating systems (Windows 10/11).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
