Manual QA Tester (Web Application / CRM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based CRM application. You will be responsible for testing new features, finding bugs, and ensuring a smooth user experience across different browsers and devices before our updates reach end users.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing on our web application (frontend UI, forms, user flows, and data accuracy).
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using our issue tracking system (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues).
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure existing functionality remains intact.
• Test the application across multiple web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and screen sizes (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).
• Work closely with the developer to understand new features and provide clear, reproducible steps for any issues found.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in manual testing for web applications.
• Strong ability to write clear, concise bug reports including steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and actual behavior.
• Familiarity with Browser Developer Tools for inspecting the console and network tab.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and testing devices.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing applications built with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Supabase or PostgreSQL backends.
• Basic understanding of APIs using Postman.
• Experience with Agile development workflows.
