Installation & Service Engineer – SME Operations

Role Overview

NEOTRACK is looking for Installation & Service Engineers to join our SME Operations Team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in GPS Tracking, AI Camera Technology, Vehicle Electronics, MDVR Systems, and Fuel Monitoring Solutions. You will get hands-on experience working with modern vehicle tracking and surveillance technologies while handling real-world vehicle installations and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure GPS Trackers, AI Cameras, MDVRs, and Fuel Sensors in vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle wiring, electrical connections, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve offline device and connectivity issues.
• Attend customer service requests and complete field-level troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the backend/technical team for device configuration and issue resolution.
• Maintain installation details, service reports, and customer documentation.
• Travel to customer locations for installations and service requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mechanical or any Bachelor's Degree.
• Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle wiring/electrical systems is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer installations and service activities.
• Age: 20–30 years.
• Two-wheeler and a valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
