Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications, landing pages, internal tools, and mobile apps (Android/iOS) that power our performance marketing campaigns and client deliverables. You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to ship fast, functional, conversion-focused products across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build and deploy cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using React Native
• Build responsive, high-performance landing pages and client-facing dashboards
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for internal tools, mobile apps, and third-party marketing platforms
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional web and mobile interfaces
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Handle app store deployment processes (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Debug, test, and deploy applications; manage version control via Git
• Work with databases (MongoDB/SQL) for data modeling and query optimization

Requirements

• Must be an immediate joiner and willing to commute to the office in Noida Sector - 62 on a daily basis (On-site)
• 2-3 years of prior Full Stack Development experience in building Web and Mobile applications
• Must have a portfolio showing shipped work in both web and mobile
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
