Newpage - Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for testing, deploying, and productionizing AI-driven applications. You will spin up infrastructure, write evaluations, wire up MCP servers, and deploy agents while hardening systems for real-world user interaction. You will own your builds end-to-end, from infrastructure to operations, ensuring high standards of engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Spin up infrastructure, write evals, wire up MCP servers, and deploy agents.
• Deploy on AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, or Vercel using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
• Treat evaluations as a first-class discipline using hands-on harnesses.
• Apply production-grade engineering practices including TDD, secrets management, SAST/DAST, structured logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Implement automated CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Mentor others on system design, agentic patterns, and AI engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production applications using AI/agentic development approaches.
• Hands-on experience with agents using LangGraph, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Assistants.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript with OOP, SOLID, and microservice architecture.
• Experience building Next.js applications and FastAPI services.
• End-to-end implementation experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
• Cloud-native deployment experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior, optimization, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
