Web Developer

Role Overview

Nexora Tech Solutions is seeking a talented Web Developer with a strong background in general web technologies and specialized experience in building and managing Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) software platforms. You will handle everything from standard corporate web applications to complex MLM compensation engines, genealogy trees, and secure financial e-wallets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive company websites, custom web apps, and high-performance client portals.
• Architect, develop, and customize MLM platforms supporting complex compensation plans.
• Build robust commission calculation algorithms, genealogy tracking trees, and secure payout structures.
• Integrate secure third-party payment gateways, e-wallets, crypto options, and external web APIs.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean front-end code while ensuring scalable, secure back-end architecture.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize application speed, and ensure high-level data security and encryption standards.

Requirements

• 1 to 4+ years of proven professional experience in web development, with explicit exposure to MLM software architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong command over PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), Node.js, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Clear understanding of MLM structures, commission logic, payout cycles, and genealogy tree management.
• Strong focus on application security, database optimization, and writing clean, scalable code.
