Junior Front End Developer

Role Overview

NextCode Group is building a modern workforce solutions platform specializing in Payroll, HR Technology, Workforce Management, and Global Talent Solutions. We're looking for a creative Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX design skills who enjoys building products from scratch and turning ideas into exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, modern web interfaces using React/Next.js.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder and Full Stack Developer.
• Transform business ideas into intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, UI components, and high-fidelity designs.
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Continuously improve usability, performance, and visual consistency.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product experience.

Requirements

• Strong eye for modern UI/UX design.
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and founders.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work.
• Must provide a Resume, Portfolio, GitHub, and Figma, Behance, or Dribbble.
