Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team at NextGenInnov8 Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have experience in front-end and back-end web development, website maintenance, CRM tools, and responsive design. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
• Ensure website responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into web applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain website security standards and implement updates when required.
• Manage and customize CRM and CMS platforms such as Wix and WordPress.
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data management and retrieval.
• Use version control systems to maintain code quality and collaboration.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in web development or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with Wix and WordPress.
