Job Description
Role Overview
NextHire is an agentic AI SaaS platform built for recruiters and job seekers, replacing manual recruiting with intelligent agents. As an SDE Intern, you will work on core systems that power AI agents across sourcing, outreach, interviews, and automation. This is a remote, unpaid position for a duration of 3 to 6 months where you will ship production features rather than shadowing.
Responsibilities
- Build production features used by real users
- Design and ship full stack systems end to end
- Work on AI driven workflows and automation engines
- Improve speed, reliability, and scale of the platform
- Collaborate directly with founders on product decisions
Requirements
- Strong problem solving ability
- Clear understanding of data structures and core computer science fundamentals
- Ability to build projects independently and take ownership
- High speed execution with attention to detail
- Comfort working in ambiguity and figuring things out
