Role Overview
Nirmata is an AI-powered Kubernetes governance platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies worldwide. As the creators of Kyverno, we help enterprises secure and govern cloud-native applications at scale. We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer Intern who is passionate about Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, AI, and customer success to help enterprise customers successfully adopt Nirmata's platform.
Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
- Assist with Kubernetes deployments, troubleshooting, and solution adoption.
- Work with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues.
- Help create technical documentation and share customer feedback.
Requirements
- Final-year B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or Computer Science student (or recent graduate).
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools or scripting (Go, Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work with enterprise cloud-native technologies.
