Full Stack Developer Intern – MERN (Unpaid)

Role Overview

NoCapCode™ is a technology and product development company focused on building scalable digital products, SaaS platforms, internal systems, automation solutions, and modern web applications. As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you will work across the application stack from developing responsive React.js interfaces to designing APIs, structuring backend services, and managing databases. This role is designed for candidates who want to work on real-world development projects and gain practical experience with production-oriented engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable web interfaces using React.js
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and manage MongoDB/Mongoose schemas
• Work with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Develop and maintain backend routes, controllers, services, and middleware
• Implement frontend state management, props passing, and React Hooks
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and error handling
• Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, and database-related issues
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong foundation in the MERN stack
• Understanding of the complete application flow: Frontend to Database
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or equivalent
• Knowledge of REST API development and integration
• Familiarity with Postman or equivalent API testing tools
• Ability to debug problems independently and learn unfamiliar technologies
