Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring fresh graduates for a US Healthcare Backend Process internship. This is a 6-month internship role based in Gurgaon, offering an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance. The role involves non-voice backend operations within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Perform backend data processing and documentation tasks.
- Read and understand complex healthcare documents accurately.
- Maintain high levels of commitment and hard work in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate within a day shift schedule (9 AM–6 PM) with a 5-day work week.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates only (Undergraduates and BE/B.Tech candidates are not eligible).
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong document reading and understanding skills.
- Must possess a personal laptop and Wi-Fi for occasional WFH requests.
