Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend-focused web applications and services, with a strong emphasis on stability, performance, and long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work, contribute to technical decisions, and think in terms of complete systems and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-structured code and participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Review code and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers to refine requirements and improve workflows.
• Enhance existing systems and optimize performance to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with experience building production systems.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs and databases.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and continuous integration workflows.
• Must be currently based in Ujjain or a nearby area in Madhya Pradesh.
