QA Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through manual and automated testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure software quality, functionality, and performance standards are met.
• Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Basic understanding of automation testing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Selenium, Postman, or automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing and performance testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
