Role Overview
We are seeking a Quantum Computer Engineer to join our mission of advancing quantum computing education, research, and industry applications. The ideal candidate will design, simulate, and optimize quantum algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning.
- Work with quantum programming frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, and PennyLane.
- Simulate and benchmark quantum circuits on classical and quantum hardware.
- Collaborate with researchers, educators, and industry partners to establish Centres of Excellence.
- Contribute to training for students.
- Publish research findings and support proposal drafting for institutional collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong foundation in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity.
- Hands-on experience with quantum SDKs and simulators.
- Familiarity with classical ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
