Software Engineer

Role Overview

We build AI agents on top of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM/ERP stacks. This role involves embedding with clients to understand workflows, building bespoke AI solutions, and turning those solutions into reusable platform components. You will own the full lifecycle from prototyping to production and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents that integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other client systems.
• Observe client workflows to define requirements before coding.
• Own the full development loop: prototype, harden, deploy, and maintain in production.
• Develop evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure agent accuracy.
• Instrument systems with traces and failure logs for proactive monitoring.
• Design safety guardrails for non-deterministic systems writing to systems of record.
• Convert bespoke client builds into reusable platform features.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build with Python or TypeScript and perform real API work.
• Experience deploying LLM-based applications to real users.
• Strong understanding of agent tooling and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience owning production systems and debugging under pressure.
• Ability to work with Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with minimal specifications.
• Excellent spoken and written English for communicating with US-based teams.
