Job Description
Role Overview
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of store data, ensuring high quality through rigorous processing and maintenance. This role also involves significant coordination with merchants and occasional customer support to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Load, process, validate, and maintain data received from stores.
- Communicate with merchants regarding product/data updates, issues, and requirements.
- Assist merchants with data-related issues, product updates, and operational queries.
- Occasionally handle customer queries and resolve issues related to products, orders, or data.
- Continuously monitor and update store and merchant data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Experience in data processing and validation workflows.
- Strong communication skills for merchant and customer coordination.
- Attention to detail for continuous data monitoring and maintenance.
