We are looking for a motivated Backend Office professional to join our team in Kochi. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers looking to build a career in administrative operations and office management.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day backend office operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
• Enter and verify data accurately in Microsoft Excel and other software.
• Prepare reports, documents, and quotations as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending tasks.
• Handle emails, documentation, and basic correspondence.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of office records.
• Support the team with other operational and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
