Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Advanced Analytics and Statistical Modeling to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions, performing statistical analysis, and deriving actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and statistical models to solve business problems.
• Perform advanced analytics using structured and unstructured data.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B Testing (Experimentation) to measure business impact.
• Build data-driven insights and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Analytics and Statistical Modeling.
• Experience with A/B Testing/Experimentation.
• Good understanding of data analysis, hypothesis testing, and Machine Learning concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work 5 days from the office in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to business intelligence and reporting solutions.
