Dot Net Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Dot Net Full Stack Developer to lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters within an Agile environment to deliver impactful features and manage technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down features into manageable tasks.
• Facilitate technical discussions during Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Actively contribute to development tasks and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
• Optimize code and enhance system performance for scalability.
• Ensure security best practices are followed during development.
• Maintain technical documentation to support development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience with .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, and MS SQL Server.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and tenacious development abilities.
• Very good proficiency in English.
