Full Stack Developer (CRM & ERP Creations) AI Integration

Role Overview

We are looking for an Intermediate Full-Stack Product Engineer to join our team in Singapore to help build and maintain a modern CRM, ERP and Business Operations Platform. The platform supports residential and commercial operations, including project scheduling, inventory, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js or Python and PostgreSQL/Supabase.
• Build mobile-first/PWA applications for field workers and technicians.
• Develop modules for customers, projects, scheduling, workers, inventory, suppliers and project tracking.
• Build APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations including Google Calendar and WhatsApp Business API.
• Implement user roles, permissions, audit logs, security and data backups.
• Integrate AI for document extraction, message classification, and reporting.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Good experience with Node.js or Python.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or Supabase.
• Experience developing responsive and mobile-first applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• Experience building and deploying a real multi-user business application.
• Willingness to work on-site in Singapore.
