Mechanical Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated B.Tech Engineer to join our team. This role is open to both experienced professionals and Freshers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical systems, from initial design and prototyping to manufacturing, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components, machines, and systems using CAD software.
• Develop prototypes and improve existing products.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations such as stress analysis and thermal analysis.
• Analyze failures and implement design modifications.
• Plan and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, civil, and software engineers.
• Test mechanical systems to ensure performance and safety.
• Implement quality assurance protocols and standards like ISO and ASME.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and R&D departments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Estimate project costs, timelines, and manage budgets.

Requirements

• B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to work In person.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
